Beds
Beds, a piece of furniture usually composed of a layer filled with a cotton, springs or soft fiber material, a mattress that is made from cotton, a sheet on top, and some pillows. Since man became more conscious about his sleeping habits, the evolution of beds began. There is no exact account on when and how did the first person to make or improvised a bed came to conceptualized the idea. It could be that he just woke up one morning shouting from the numbness of his joints, bruises and body pains he felt allover his body due to sleeping on a bed of rocks all throughout the night, which lead him to finally decide that enough was enough and that tomorrow night he was going to sleep on a bundle of sticks – well, that was a start, but anyway whichever is the case, beds were made and still are made to ensure that every person in the world will have a refreshing baby-like comfort when sleeping.
Types of beds
There are many types of beds available. There are a lot of standards being followed by different countries in regards to bed sizes, but basically there are four standard-widely used terms for beds sizes, namely: the twin/ single, double/ full, queen and the king.
